Question 1

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Shopping with Bali Asli is simple. Browse our collections, add your favourite products to your cart, and complete your order through our secure checkout. Once your order is confirmed, we'll carefully prepare it and send you a confirmation email with your order details.

Question 2

What makes Bali Asli products different?

Accepted Answer

Since 1989, we've crafted our products in small batches using thoughtfully selected ingredients inspired by the richness of Bali. Whether it's food, personal care, or home essentials, we believe in keeping things simple, honest, and made with care—without unnecessary shortcuts.

Question 3

What if there's a problem with my order?

Accepted Answer

We want you to love everything you receive. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you experience any issues, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will gladly work with you to find the best solution.

Question 4

Do your jam, jelly, marmalade, contain added sugar?

Accepted Answer

We use cane sugar because it complements, rather than overpowers, the natural flavour of the fruit. Its gentle sweetness and subtle caramel notes help preserve each harvest while allowing the character of ripe mangoes, strawberries, citrus, and other seasonal fruits to shine through. It's a thoughtful choice made for flavour and craftsmanship, not to make health claims.

Question 5

Do your peanut butters and tahini contain added sugar?

Accepted Answer

No. Our peanut butters, cashew butters, almond butter, and tahini are made without added sugar. We believe great nuts and seeds already have plenty of flavour on their own, so you'll only find thoughtfully selected ingredients and nothing unnecessary. Always check the ingredient list on each product page for the exact recipe.

Question 6

Do your products contain preservatives or artificial flavours?

Accepted Answer

We focus on simple recipes made with thoughtfully selected ingredients. All of our products are free from artificial colours, artificial flavours, and unnecessary additives. Because every recipe is different, you'll always find the full ingredient list on each product page and product label.
